You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed or feel like you can't go on. Please, let me walk through this with you.
Perhaps more than ever, during this strange time of uncertainty, changes, stress, grief, and "too much too fast," support for your mental health and wellness is incredibly important.
I am offering telehealth therapy. That means therapy sessions are over video chat. I use a HIPPA secure, easy to use platform.
Regarding ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy):
The techniques and methods of ART can be invaluable right now. ART helps to process stress, overwhelm, and strong emotions and sensations.
Over time, without processing (or "moving out") these emotions and body sensations, we run the risk of burn out or developing more severe mental health symptoms and disorders.
With processing, we can increase our resilience, ability to respond in wise ways, and stay mentally and emotionally well......both during and after this is over.
There are some options for doing ART while we are physical distancing and over telehealth. If you're interested in this, please reach out to me and we'll discuss if it's a good fit at this time.
Here is one of my favorite, short explanations of ART: VIDEO LINK
And here is the link for more ART information.
I am taking new clients, including doing intakes over telehealth.

"I want to help you heal, grow, and thrive in your life. I know you are tired of being in pain and want the stress (and the ways it's impacting your life) to end. I want that for you, too. I believe each person has inner strengths and resources, but we sometimes lose touch with them. I want to help you reconnect with those strengths, build new strategies that work in your life, as well as increase your resilience and find ways to thrive. " - Kathleen
